Grew demand gen 300% in under 6 months. Built and led one of the best teams I've ever worked with. When the 2022 downturn hit Israel and 600 startups went under, spent the final month helping every team member land even better roles before moving on.

Global CMO
Inherited a brand built around clinical, forgettable medical devices and repositioned it into premium consumer goods parents actually wanted to own. That repositioning is what drove the growth: 50% YOY revenue growth, 70% D2C growth, and a Shopify replatform that alone drove 300% growth. Grew Amazon revenue past $7M, becoming the #2 Amazon.com store out of Israel. Landed a Walmart deal. Sold in 25 countries.
